This selection of unpasteurised honeys is produced by a family of honey collectors, beekeepers and turrón makers. Based in the hills of inland Lleida -where almond blossom flowers and horses roam - the children learn to distinguish between honey flavours from the age of five. They really know their business and provide us with excellent honeys (and turrones). The high quality of Alemany honey results from using a cold process, without pasteurisation, which ensures that it retains all its natural properties.

Each type of honey has its own unique characteristics of flavour and nutritional properties. The "mountain" honey is a blend of honeys from holm oak, pine flowers and other aromatic plants. The Mountain Honey was awarded a Silver in the Great Taste Awards 2005.
